What's the difference between pre-arranged and pre-paid?
A pre-arranged funeral simply means recording your wishes with us—there’s no cost involved. You tell us what you’d like (burial or cremation, service style, music, cultural traditions) and we keep it on file. A pre-paid funeral goes a step further: you pay for the funeral at today’s prices, so your family won’t face any costs when the time comes. You can do one, the other, or both.
How are pre-paid funds kept safe?
All pre-paid funds are held in a regulated funeral trust, completely separate from our business accounts. This means your money is protected regardless of what happens. The funds are only released when the funeral services are provided.
Can I change my plan after I've set it up?
Absolutely. Your wishes can evolve, and so can your plan. Whether you want to change the type of service, add cultural elements, or update any details, simply get in touch and we’ll adjust everything for you.
Do you only do Italian Catholic funerals?
Not at all. While we’re proud of our Italian heritage, we serve families of every faith, culture, and background across Sydney. We’ve conducted services for Catholic, Orthodox, Islamic, Buddhist, Hindu, Sikh, Jewish, and non-religious families—each one tailored to honour their specific traditions and wishes.
Can I pre-pay for a burial, not just cremation?
Yes. Unlike some providers who only offer pre-paid cremation, we offer pre-paid plans for both burial and cremation services, including full traditional church or chapel services.
What happens if my circumstances change-for example, if I move?
If you relocate within the Sydney region, your plan continues as normal. If you move further afield, contact us and we’ll discuss your options. Plans can typically be adjusted or, in some cases, transferred.
Is there a cooling-off period?
Yes. After signing a pre-paid contract, you have a cooling-off period during which you can cancel and receive a full refund. We’ll explain all the details when you meet with us.

That depends on the plan you choose. It can cover everything from the funeral director’s professional services, transfer and care, coffin or casket, chapel or church service coordination, hearse, and all paperwork—right through to flowers and memorial booklets. Funeral insurance pays a lump sum to your family, but it doesn’t guarantee what that money will cover. With a pre-paid plan, you lock in today’s prices and know exactly what’s included.
